Developed a new five-year strategic plan for the Racine Unified School District in Wisconsin (5th largest district in the state with an operating budget of $384M). This yearlong process brought together the senior leadership of the school district alongside community stakeholders to re-envision the district’s vision, mission, core values, and strategic priorities while creating an implementation plan with measurable and timebound goals and performance indicators to monitor progress along the way.
